Booked solar appointments
Confirmed solar appointments. On your closers’ calendars.
Pre-set appointments, not live transfers: in-home or virtual, booked into your reps’ open slots against your filters, then reconfirmed with the homeowner. Sold to one company. No-shows replaced under written rules.
- Exclusive to one company
- In-home or virtual
- Written no-show rule
- No long-term contract
The problem
Your closers should spend their day in sits, not setting appointments.
Every hour a closer spends dialing, texting and rebooking is an hour not spent in front of a homeowner. Wood Mackenzie (Mar 2026) forecast residential CAC rising sharply in 2026.
- 01
Closers doing setter work
Without setters, your closers prospect between sits. Fewer sits get run, and the pipeline dips the moment they get busy closing.
- 02
“Appointments” that are really transfers
Some vendors sell a live transfer or a callback request and call it an appointment. Your rep inherits a cold conversation, not a slot on the calendar.
- 03
No-shows with no written rule
A set that never sits still costs you the drive and the slot. When the vendor never wrote down what happens next, you eat the cost.
- 04
Every sit counts for more in 2026
Since Jan 1, 2026, homeowner-purchased systems don’t get the federal 25D credit (IRS). Installers report longer sales cycles (SEIA/WoodMac, Sep 2026). A wasted slot costs more.
What you get
A confirmed time on your rep’s calendar, booked and reconfirmed.
This is solar appointment setting done for you. We talk to the homeowner, run through your filters, book the slot and confirm it. Your closer walks in, or logs on, to a meeting that’s already set.
Booked into your availability
We book only into the slots your reps share with us, in-home or virtual, so appointments land when your closers can actually run them.
Confirmed before the slot
The homeowner gets a confirmation when it’s booked and is reconfirmed before the slot. Reschedules are rebooked into your open time, not dropped.
Decision-makers agree to attend
You decide who has to be there, such as both co-owners. We book only when they’ve agreed to attend, in person or on the video call.
Exclusive to your company
Each appointment is sold to one company. It’s never resold, never recycled and never sold later as an aged lead.
No-shows replaced
A confirmed appointment that doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows gets replaced, not argued over. The rule and how to report it are in the policies below.
Your closer arrives briefed
Each appointment arrives with the homeowner’s answers: bill range, roof and shade, financing interest and who will attend. Sent in real time to your CRM.
Appointment filters
You set the bar for solar appointments. We book against it.
Every filter goes into your written spec before we book a single appointment. Answers are self-reported by the homeowner unless the checks in the policies below say otherwise.
| Filter | What you set |
|---|---|
| Territory | Your ZIP codes, confirmed by ZIP on the call. We don’t book outside them. |
| Appointment type | In-home, virtual, or both. Set it per rep or per office. |
| Calendar availability | The days and hours each rep can run appointments. We book only into those slots. |
| Homeownership | Required. Self-reported, then checked against property records. You choose the property types you install. |
| Decision-makers | You name who must attend, such as both co-owners. They agree to be there before we book. |
| Monthly electric bill | Set your floor. Self-reported range, captured at booking. |
| Roof and shade | Roof age and shade captured. Exclude what your crews won’t install on. Self-reported. |
| Financing preference | Cash, loan, or TPO: lease, PPA or prepaid lease where offered. Include or exclude any. Self-reported. |
| Credit band | Self-reported band. Set the floor to match your financier’s threshold. |

Who it’s for
Built for closers with open calendars. Shops with busy setters may not need it.
Booked solar sales appointments fit owners whose closers have open calendars and no setter team, or setters who can’t keep up. You pay for a confirmed appointment, not for dials. If your setters already keep calendars full, exclusive leads may cost less per install.
- Owners whose closers still set their own appointments
- Dealers adding reps faster than they can hire and train setters
- EPCs that want appointments only in the ZIPs their crews can service
- Teams running virtual consults across a wider territory
How it works
From open calendar to confirmed appointment, in four steps.
- 1
Set your rules on a call
On a 15-minute call we map your ZIPs, filters, appointment type and how many appointments your closers can take. Territory is confirmed by ZIP.
- 2
Share your reps’ availability
Tell us which reps run appointments and when they’re open. We book only into those slots, in-home, virtual or both.
- 3
We book and confirm
We speak with homeowners who match your filters, book the slot and reconfirm before it. Details reach your CRM, dialer, email or SMS in real time.
- 4
Judge the sits, then scale
Report no-shows within 7 days for replacement. Measure cost per sit and cost per install on your own numbers, then scale or stop.
The difference
How our solar appointments compare to transfers and callbacks.
| Criteria | Typical appointment vendor | Buy Solar Leads |
|---|---|---|
| What “appointment” means | Often a live transfer or a callback request, sold under the appointment label | A booked time on your rep’s calendar, in-home or virtual, set against your filters |
| Confirmation | Often booked once, then left for your closer to chase | Confirmation at booking, then reconfirmed with the homeowner before the slot |
| Who else gets it | May be sold to several installers, or resold later as aged | One company. Never resold, never recycled, never sold as aged |
| No-shows | Often no written rule, or decided case by case | Report it within 7 days and it’s replaced. The rule is on this page. |
| Decision-makers | Often whoever answered the phone, so your closer runs a one-legger | Every decision-maker you require agreed to attend before we book |
| Consent record | Often hard to get, or a disclosure listing many “marketing partners” | Timestamped consent record whose disclosure names your company |
| Commitment | Often long contracts or large upfront packages | No long-term contract. Start with a test batch of appointments. |
Policies
The terms, in writing. Before you buy.
Most vendors bury these in a terms page or skip them. Here’s exactly what you’re buying.
Checked before every delivery
- Phone number validated before delivery
- Homeowner status self-reported, then checked against property records
- Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
- Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry
Exclusive means exclusive
Exclusive leads are sold to one company — never resold, never recycled, and never sold later as aged leads.
Bad-lead replacement · 7 days
Replacement credits for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, or leads outside your filters. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.
Not covered: a prospect who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.
Appointments that don’t sit
If a confirmed appointment doesn’t sit because the prospect no-shows or doesn’t match your filters, report it within 7 days of the scheduled time and we replace it.
Consent on every lead
Every lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company — available to you on request.
No long-term contract
No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work.
Your territory
Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.
What counts as a valid appointment
Booked inside your ZIPs and filters, reconfirmed before the slot, and every decision-maker you require present in person or on video. If any fails, report it within 7 days and we replace it.
Reschedules
If the homeowner asks to move the time, we rebook it into your reps’ open availability, reconfirm it and send your rep the new time.
Pricing
Priced per confirmed appointment. Quoted for your territory.
There’s no rate card. What an appointment costs depends on where you install and how tight your filters are, so we quote it on the call. Here are three ways to structure it.
Test batch
A small run of confirmed appointments in a few of your ZIPs, so you can measure cost per sit on your own numbers.
Best for
Owners trying booked appointments for the first time
- Confirmed appointments in the ZIPs you choose
- Your filters and your reps’ availability
- Consent record with every appointment
- No-shows replaced if reported within 7 days
- No long-term contract
Steady calendar
A recurring flow of confirmed appointments booked into your closers’ open slots, adjusted as your sit data comes in.
Best for
Teams with closers and open calendars, no setters
- Everything in the test batch
- Volume sized to your closers’ open slots
- In-home, virtual, or a mix
- ZIPs and filters adjusted as you learn
- Scale up or pause based on your cost per sit
Multi-office
Appointments across several markets or offices, each with its own territory, filters and calendars.
Best for
Dealers and EPCs running more than one office
- Separate filters and calendars per office
- Territory confirmed by ZIP for each market
- In-home or virtual set per market
- Same exclusivity and replacement rules
Price moves with your state and ZIPs, how tight your filters are, appointment type and volume. An exclusive appointment usually costs more than a lead, so judge it on cost per sit. Quoted on the call.
FAQ
Questions owners ask before the first batch
Don’t see your question? Bring it to the call — we’ll walk through your territory, filters, and numbers.
Book a strategy callWhat’s the difference between a pre-set solar appointment and a live transfer?
A live transfer connects a homeowner to your rep on the phone, and your rep still has to book the meeting. A pre-set appointment is already booked: a time on your rep’s calendar, in-home or virtual, reconfirmed with the homeowner before the slot. This program sells pre-set appointments only.
What happens if the homeowner doesn’t show or wants to reschedule?
If a confirmed appointment doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows, including not being home or not answering at the booked time, report it within 7 days and we replace it. If they ask to move the time, we rebook it into your open availability and reconfirm. Not covered: a homeowner who sits and isn’t interested, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.
Will every decision-maker be at the appointment?
You decide who has to attend, for example both co-owners. We book only once they’ve agreed to be there, in person or on the video call, and we reconfirm before the slot. If a required decision-maker is missing, the appointment doesn’t match your filters, so report it within 7 days for a replacement.
How do appointments get to my closers?
We book into the availability your reps share with us. The appointment details and the homeowner’s answers are delivered in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS. We set up the hand-off with you on the call.
How do I know the appointment isn’t sold to another installer?
Each appointment is sold to one company and is never resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead. That rule is written into the policies on this page. Every appointment also carries a timestamped consent record whose disclosure names your company, and you can ask for it any time.
How do you document consent for TCPA purposes?
Every appointment carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company, and numbers are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. We don’t call any appointment compliant on its own, because compliance also depends on how every caller, your team included, calls and texts. Review your outreach with your own counsel.
Is there a contract or a minimum, and how is my territory set?
No long-term contract. You start with a test batch sized on the call and scale when the numbers work. Territory is confirmed by ZIP code on the call, and we book only inside the ZIPs you approve.
What show rate should I expect, and how do I judge a test batch?
We don’t promise show or close rates. Judge the batch on your own numbers: sits, closes and cost per install from your CRM. Run them through the calculator on this page, then decide whether to scale.
