Regenerative medicine leads

Stem cell leads for clinics. No outcome claims in your name.

Opt-in inquiries from adults near your clinic asking about regenerative options for knee, back, shoulder and hip concerns. Self-pay readiness asked on the form. Sold to one clinic, at a flat price per inquiry.

The problem

Referrals have a ceiling. The usual shortcuts carry risk.

Many regenerative clinics grow on physician referrals and word of mouth. Adding consults on purpose is harder: ad platforms restrict the category, and claims in a funnel draw regulators.

  1. 01

Referrals move at someone else’s pace

Referring physicians and past patients keep a base steady, but they set the pace. A second location or a new provider needs consults you can add on purpose.

  2. 02

Google and Meta limit this category

As of Oct 2026, Google bars promoting stem cell therapies in ads and on their landing pages, and Meta rejects ad copy that implies the viewer has a medical condition.

  3. 03

    Website copy draws FDA letters

FDA warning letters dated Feb 11 and May 26, 2026 quoted claims from clinic websites. A vendor funnel making claims in your name creates similar exposure.

  4. 04

    Some vendor models add risk

Shared inquiries start a race to dial. Fees tied to shows, procedures or revenue can raise patient-brokering questions, including under Florida law.

What you get

Stem cell patient leads your clinic owns. Terms your counsel can read.

Each inquiry is a self-reported adult who asked to be contacted about regenerative options for a joint, spine or sports-injury concern. Here’s what comes with every one.

Sold to one clinic

Each inquiry goes to your clinic only. It’s never resold, recycled, or sold later as aged data to another provider.

Joint, spine and sports-injury only

Knee, back, shoulder, hip, other joint and sports-injury inquiries. Neurological, autoimmune, cardiac, pulmonary, ocular and pediatric are refused.

Flat price per inquiry

One price per inquiry delivered, set on the call. Never priced by patients, consults attended, treatments, or a share of revenue.

Consent record with every inquiry

A timestamped consent record whose disclosure names your clinic. Available on request for you or your counsel.

Checked before delivery

Phone number validated, duplicate-checked against inquiries already sent to you, and scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry.

Real-time delivery

Inquiries reach your CRM, dialer, email or SMS as they’re submitted, so your coordinator calls while the question is fresh.

Inquiry spec

Stem cell leads, filtered in writing. Set for each location.

Answers are self-reported on the opt-in form, and we label them that way. Nothing is assumed from age or ZIP. Filters are set per location and can change between batches.

How we source

Our funnels describe the consult and make no outcome claims.

Inquiries come from educational content and opt-in forms that describe what people ask about: knee, back, shoulder and hip concerns. They never say what a therapy does or how often it works. Funnels for Florida physicians carry the notice Fla. Stat. 458.3245 requires, word for word.

  • No patient stories, ratings, or before-and-after content
  • No copy that implies the reader has a condition, like “Suffering from knee pain?”
  • Refused conditions never appear in the copy or on the form’s list of concerns
  • Your own site and ads remain your responsibility, including Florida’s required notice

How it works

From opt-in to your coordinator’s phone. In real time.

  1. 1

    Set locations and filters

On a 15-minute call we map each clinic’s ZIPs or radius, the concerns you accept, and your age, self-pay and timeline filters.

  2. 2

People opt in to be contacted

Adults reading educational content about regenerative options fill out an inquiry form and agree, on a disclosure naming your clinic, to be contacted.

  3. 3

    Checked, then delivered

We validate the phone number, check for duplicates and scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry, then deliver in real time to your CRM, email or SMS.

  4. 4

    Your team books the consult

Your coordinator calls, answers questions and books the consult. Judge the test batch on your own numbers, then adjust filters or scale.

Policies

The terms, in writing. Before you buy.

Most vendors bury these in a terms page or skip them. Here’s exactly what you’re buying.

Checked before every delivery

  • Phone number validated before delivery
  • Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
  • Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry

Exclusive means exclusive

Exclusive leads are sold to one company — never resold, never recycled, and never sold later as aged leads.

Bad-lead replacement · 7 days

Replacement credits for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, or leads outside your filters. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.

Not covered: a prospect who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.

Consent on every lead

Every lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company — available to you on request.

No long-term contract

No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work.

Your territory

Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.

Flat per-inquiry pricing

Clinic pricing is a flat fee per inquiry delivered. It isn’t contingent on whether a patient books, is treated, or pays, and we never take a share of revenue.

WA, NV and CT excluded

No inquiries from Washington, Nevada or Connecticut residents (consumer health data laws). Other geography limits are confirmed on the call.

Pricing

Flat per inquiry. Never tied to what the patient does.

Start with a test batch at one location, then add volume or sites once your cost per booked consult holds up. Every tier is priced per inquiry delivered. You get your number on the call.

Test batch

A first batch of exclusive inquiries for one location, so you can judge contact and consult quality before you commit to volume.

Best for

Clinics that haven’t bought patient inquiries before

  • One location and radius
  • Your age, concern, self-pay and timeline filters
  • Consent record, checks and credits on every inquiry
  • Real-time delivery to your CRM, email or SMS
  • No long-term contract
Recommended

Single location

Ongoing inquiry volume for one clinic, matched to the number of consults your team can take.

Best for

Established clinics with open consult slots

  • Everything in the test batch
  • Filters you can adjust between batches
  • Phone validation, duplicate check and DNC scrub
  • Bad-inquiry credits within 7 days
  • Flat per-inquiry price, set on the call

Multi-location group

Separate radius, filters and volume for each site, including a new location you’re opening.

Best for

Groups running or opening more than one location

  • Everything in the single-location plan, per site
  • Radius and filters set per location
  • Delivery to each location’s CRM, email or SMS
  • Add a new site when you’re ready

What drives price: your ZIPs and radius, the number of locations, volume, how tight your filters are, and which concerns you accept. Tighter filters mean fewer inquiries at a higher price. We quote on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before the first batch

Don’t see your question? Bring it to the call — we’ll walk through your territory, filters, and numbers.

Book a strategy call
How do we know an inquiry isn’t also sold to another clinic?

Each inquiry is sold to one clinic and never resold, recycled, or sold later as aged data. Its consent record’s disclosure names your clinic, and you can ask for that record on any inquiry.

Where do inquiries come from, and what do your funnels say?

They come from educational content and opt-in inquiry forms. The copy covers what people ask about, never what a therapy does or how often it works, and refused conditions aren’t on the form. Funnels for Florida physicians carry the notice Fla. Stat. 458.3245 requires. Your clinic’s own website and ads remain your responsibility, and your counsel should approve them.

How is pricing structured?

A flat price per inquiry delivered, quoted on the call. It isn’t contingent on whether the person books a consult, is treated, or pays. We don’t charge by patients, shows, procedures or a share of revenue, because fees like those can raise patient-brokering and fee-splitting questions in several states, including Florida.

What counts as a bad inquiry, and how do credits work?

Disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, and inquiries outside your filters (a refused condition, the wrong distance or age band) qualify for a credit within 7 days. Someone who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, or decides not to book doesn’t. Reply to the inquiry notification with the reason, and approved credits apply to your next batch.

How do you handle consent and Do Not Call?

Every inquiry carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your clinic. Phone numbers are validated and scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. How your team calls and texts still matters, so we hand you the records rather than calling any inquiry “compliant.”

What about HIPAA, and what data do you hold?

We don’t claim HIPAA compliance. An inquiry isn’t a medical record; it’s a consumer’s opt-in answers: contact details, self-reported age, area of concern, and the self-pay, financing, timeline and contact answers in the spec above. Some state laws treat the area of concern as consumer health data, so it goes only to the clinic named in the consent. Bring your counsel’s data requirements to the call.

Which states do you cover? We’re in Florida.

We exclude Washington residents because its My Health My Data Act requires a signed, standalone authorization to sell consumer health data, and Nevada and Connecticut residents under their similar laws; other state limits are confirmed on your call. For Florida physicians, our funnels carry the notice Fla. Stat. 458.3245 (effective Jul 1, 2025) requires, and it doesn’t change a therapy’s FDA status. Your own ads stay your responsibility; this is general information, not legal advice.

Is there a contract, and how should we judge a test batch?

No long-term contract. Start with a test batch for one location, then track how many inquiries your team reaches, how many book a consult, and how many needed a credit. Compare that cost per booked consult with your other channels, and scale only if it holds up.
