For remodelers and cabinet shops
Kitchen remodel leads, filtered by budget. Sold only to you.
Homeowners planning a full kitchen remodel, cabinet refacing, new cabinets or countertops in your ZIPs. You set scope, budget band and timeline. Take leads in real time, or have us book design consults.
- Sold to one company
- Scope + budget filters
- 7-day replacement window
- No long-term contract
The problem
Kitchen jobs pay more, so a wrong lead wastes more design time.
A midrange minor kitchen remodel runs about $28.5K (industry estimate, Zonda/Remodeling 2025 Cost vs. Value). At that ticket, the lead price matters less than who else is calling and whether the job fits your shop.
- 01
Three remodelers, one homeowner
Shared leads start a bidding race before you’ve measured the space. The homeowner shops on price, and your design ideas end up in someone else’s quote.
- 02
Browsers fill the calendar
Saving photos isn’t the same as planning a project. Without budget band and timeline on the lead, your designer spends evenings with people who are years out.
- 03
Scope that doesn’t fit your shop
A refacing company gets full-gut requests. A design-build firm gets countertop-only quotes. Generic remodel leads ignore what you actually sell and install.
- 04
Long cycles blur the math
A kitchen can take months from first call to signed contract. If you don’t track cost per signed job from day one, you can’t tell good lead spend from bad.
What you get
Leads scoped to the kitchens you build. Sold once.
Every lead arrives with the homeowner’s own answers on project scope, budget band, timeline and design stage, so your first call starts with the job, not a blank intake form.
One company per lead
Each kitchen lead is sold to one company. It isn’t resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead to the remodeler down the road.
The scope you choose
Full remodels, cabinet refacing, new cabinets, countertops. Take all of them, or only the work your crews and suppliers are set up for.
Budget band on every lead
The homeowner picks a budget band before submitting. Set a floor and smaller jobs are filtered out. A higher floor means fewer leads.
Booked design consults
Rather fill a calendar than work a call list? We confirm scope and timing with the homeowner and book the consult on your calendar.
Real-time delivery
Leads post in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS. Kitchen homeowners often collect several quotes, so speed still counts.
Consent record on every lead
Each lead carries a timestamped consent record, and its disclosure names your company. It’s available to you on request.
Filters you control
You set the spec. Leads are qualified against it.
Scope, budget band, timeline and design stage are the homeowner’s own answers, delivered as given. Phone, homeownership (against property records), duplicates and the National DNC Registry are checked before delivery.
| Filter | What you set |
|---|---|
| Homeowner | Required. Self-reported, then checked against property records. |
| Project scope | Full remodel, cabinet refacing, new cabinets or countertops. Pick any mix. |
| Budget band | Homeowner-selected range. Set a floor to drop smaller jobs; a higher floor means fewer leads. |
| Timeline | Planned start window. Take near-term projects only, or add longer horizons to build a pipeline. |
| Design stage | Has plans or measurements already, or still needs design help. Useful if you sell design. |
| Financing interest | Whether the homeowner wants to talk financing. Filter on it, or just see it on the lead. |
| ZIP code or radius | Your service ZIPs, or a radius around your showroom. Availability is confirmed by ZIP on the call. |

Kitchen economics
Judge kitchen remodel leads by cost per signed job.
Kitchen work is fewer, bigger jobs, so cost per lead tells you very little. Divide lead spend by signed contracts instead. Start with a test batch, follow every lead to a design consult and a decision, then scale the ZIPs and scopes that pay.
- Cost per signed job = lead spend ÷ contracts signed from those leads
- Give a test batch long enough to reach real decisions before you call it
- Track contact, consult and close by scope. Refacing and full remodels move differently
- Count repeat work too: a kitchen client may come back for a bathroom later
How it works
Four steps to live leads. The first is a 15-minute call.
- 1
Book a 15-minute call
Tell us what you sell and install, your ZIPs, your budget floor, and how many design consults your team can run each week.
- 2
We write up your spec
We put scope, budget band, timeline, design stage and territory in writing, and confirm which of your ZIPs are available.
- 3
Run a test batch
Start with a test batch in your core ZIPs. Leads arrive in real time, each with its consent record attached.
- 4
Scale what signs
Follow the batch through consults and contracts. Widen the ZIPs and scopes that pay, and drop the ones that don’t.
The difference
What kitchen remodel leads should come with, in writing.
| Criteria | Typical lead vendor | Buy Solar Leads |
|---|---|---|
| Who else gets the lead | Often sold to several contractors, and the buyer cap isn’t always stated | Sold to one company. Never resold, recycled or sold later as aged |
| Project scope | Often just “kitchen remodel,” with little say over which project types you get | Full remodel, refacing, new cabinets or countertops, filtered to what you sell |
| Budget | A rough range at best, and often not a filter you can set | Homeowner-selected budget band, with a floor you set |
| Timeline and design stage | Varies by vendor, and often not something you can filter on | On the lead before you dial, so you know who to call first |
| Bad-lead credits | Often buried in the terms, or decided case by case | Written 7-day window for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details or out-of-filter leads |
| Consent | Often a “compliant” label; ask whether a per-lead record comes with it | Timestamped consent record per lead; the disclosure names your company |
| Commitment | Often a long contract or a large upfront buy | No long-term contract. Test batch first, scale when the numbers work |
Policies
The terms, in writing. Before you buy.
Most vendors bury these in a terms page or skip them. Here’s exactly what you’re buying.
Checked before every delivery
- Phone number validated before delivery
- Homeowner status self-reported, then checked against property records
- Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
- Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry
Exclusive means exclusive
Exclusive leads are sold to one company — never resold, never recycled, and never sold later as aged leads.
Bad-lead replacement · 7 days
Replacement credits for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, or leads outside your filters. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.
Not covered: a prospect who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.
Consent on every lead
Every lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company — available to you on request.
No long-term contract
No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work.
Your territory
Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.
Booked consults that don’t sit
If a confirmed design consult doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows or doesn’t match your filters, report it within 7 days of the scheduled consult and we replace it.
Pricing
No rate card. A quote built on your kitchen spec.
Kitchen lead prices move with the filters you set. We quote on the call once we know your scopes, budget floor and ZIPs, and we tell you plainly which filters raise the price.
Test batch
A small exclusive batch in your core ZIPs, so you can measure contact, consult and close rates before you commit more.
Best for
Owners new to bought leads, or burned by a past vendor
- Exclusive, real-time kitchen leads
- Your scope, budget-band and ZIP filters
- Consent record on every lead
- 7-day replacement window
Exclusive leads
Ongoing real-time leads sold only to you, filtered by scope, budget band, timeline and design stage. Your team calls and books the consult.
Best for
Remodelers with a designer or salesperson who follows up fast
- Every filter on this page
- Delivery to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS
- Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
- Consent record on every lead
- No long-term contract
Booked design consults
We confirm scope and timing with the homeowner, then book the consult on your calendar. Each consult is booked for your company only.
Best for
Owners whose time should go to designing and selling, not dialing
- Confirmed consults on your calendar
- The same scope and budget filters
- Replacement for no-shows, per the policy above
- Consent record on every lead
Price depends on project scope, state and ZIPs, volume, how tight your filters are, and leads vs. booked consults. Higher budget floors cut volume and raise cost per lead. Your quote comes on the call.
FAQ
Questions owners ask before the first batch
Don’t see your question? Bring it to the call — we’ll walk through your territory, filters, and numbers.
Book a strategy callHow do I know a kitchen lead wasn’t sold to other remodelers too?
It’s a written policy: each lead is sold to one company and is never resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead. It’s spelled out in the policies above, before you buy anything.
Can I get only cabinet refacing leads, only full remodels, or set a budget floor?
Yes. Project scope is a filter (full remodel, cabinet refacing, new cabinets or countertops), and you choose the lowest budget band you’ll accept. Budget is self-reported, so treat it as the homeowner’s stated range, not a signed number. Narrower scope and higher floors both mean fewer leads.
Can you book design consults on my calendar instead of sending leads?
Yes. We confirm scope and timing with the homeowner and put the consult on your calendar. Each consult is booked for your company only. If a confirmed consult doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows or doesn’t match your filters, it’s replaced under the booked-consult policy above.
What happens when a lead is bad?
If the number is dead, the contact details are wrong, or the lead falls outside your spec (a ZIP outside your radius, a scope you turned off, a budget band below your floor), send us the reason within 7 days. Reply to the lead notification or email us, and approved credits come off your next batch. Long kitchen cycles don’t stretch the rule: a homeowner who goes quiet, isn’t interested, can’t get financing or signs with someone else isn’t covered.
Kitchen follow-up runs for months. What about consent and Do Not Call?
Each lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company, and every number is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. Long follow-up makes two habits matter: re-scrub the National Registry if you call more than 31 days after delivery, and honor opt-outs fast (FCC rules in effect since Apr 11, 2025 require it within 10 business days). We don’t label leads as compliant. Review your calling practice with your counsel.
How are leads delivered, and can I choose my service area?
Leads are delivered in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS. You set ZIP codes or a radius around your showroom. We confirm which of your ZIPs are available on the call, before you buy anything.
Is there a contract or a minimum order, and how should I judge a test batch?
No long-term contract. You start with a test batch sized to your ZIPs, scopes and how many design consults your team can run each week, and we set that size with you on the call. Judge it by cost per signed job, tracked by scope, and give kitchen decisions time to land before you call it.
Do you also sell bathroom remodel leads?
Yes. The bathroom program runs on the same written terms: one buyer per lead, filters in your spec, the same replacement window. If you remodel both rooms, set up both on one call. And yes, our name says solar. The remodel programs run separately, on the same rules.
