Two-story single-family home with a rooftop solar array on a sunny day

For solar installers and dealers

Exclusive residential solar leads. Every filter in writing.

Homeowner leads in your ZIPs, delivered in real time with every answer attached. You set the bill floor, credit band, shade and financing filters. Each lead goes to one installer and is never resold.

  • Sold to one installer
  • 7-day replacement window
  • Consent record per lead
  • No long-term contract

The problem

Bought leads usually fail in one of four ways.

Most bad batches trace back to four things: who else bought the lead, whether it’s real, whether it was resold, and whether it fits the deal you sell in 2026.

  1. 01

    The race to dial

Shared leads go to whoever calls first, so your setters burn hours on homeowners already talking to someone else. Fix: each lead is sold to one company.

  2. 02

    Dead numbers and renters

Bad numbers and renters drag down contact rates and setter morale. Fix: phone validated and homeowner status checked against property records before delivery.

  3. 03

    “Exclusive” leads resold as aged

Some vendors sell a lead as exclusive, then sell it again weeks later as aged inventory. Fix: an exclusive lead is sold once, to you, and never again at any age.

  4. 04

Leads built for last year’s deal

A lead qualified for a 2025 cash or loan sale may not fit a 2026 lease or PPA pitch. Fix: financing-preference and credit-band filters set to what you sell.

What you get

One installer per lead. Every answer attached.

Each lead is a homeowner who asked about solar for their home, answered the qualifying questions behind your filters and agreed to hear from your company. Here’s what comes with it.

Sold to one installer

One buyer per lead: you. No other installer gets this lead from us, today or months from now as aged inventory.

Filters you write

Set the bill floor, credit band, roof, shade, property type, utility and territory. Tighter filters mean fewer leads at a higher price.

Filter by cash, loan, lease or PPA

Financing preference is captured on every lead, so you can include or exclude cash, loan, lease or PPA buyers to match your offer.

Real-time delivery

Leads land in your CRM, dialer, email or SMS as they come in, with every answer attached, so setters call while interest is fresh.

Checked before delivery

Phone validated, homeownership checked against property records, deduped against leads already sent to you, and scrubbed against the National DNC Registry.

Consent record on every lead

A timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company, delivered with the lead so you can store it with your records.

The lead spec

How you filter residential solar leads. Self-reported or checked.

Answers are self-reported by the homeowner unless a row says they’re checked. We agree these filters with you on the call and put them in your written spec.

Selling after 25D

The 25D credit ended for 2026 installs. Your filters should know it.

Since Jan 1, 2026, homeowner-purchased solar installed in 2026 or later doesn’t qualify for the federal 25D credit (IRS). Leases and PPAs may carry lower pricing because the system owner, not the homeowner, may claim the 48E credit. Talk to your tax advisor about specific projects.

  • Selling TPO: require lease or PPA interest and a credit floor your financier approves
  • Selling cash or loan: raise the bill floor and exclude heavy shade
  • Leading with storage: require battery or backup interest
  • Any model: exclude roof ages or materials your crews won’t install

How it works

From first call to first lead. Four steps.

  1. 1

    Book a 15-minute call

Tell us where your crews install, whether you sell cash, loan, lease or PPA, and your setters’ daily capacity. We confirm territory by ZIP.

  2. 2

    Approve your written spec

We put every filter, ZIP and volume cap in writing. You approve it before the first lead is delivered, so nothing is a surprise.

  3. 3

    Start with a test batch

Your first batch lands in real time in your CRM, dialer, email or SMS. Track contact, set, show and close on every lead from day one.

  4. 4

    Measure, credit, scale

Report disconnected numbers, wrong contact details or out-of-filter leads within 7 days for a credit review. Then adjust filters and ZIPs, and scale.

Policies

The terms, in writing. Before you buy.

Most vendors bury these in a terms page or skip them. Here’s exactly what you’re buying.

Checked before every delivery

  • Phone number validated before delivery
  • Homeowner status self-reported, then checked against property records
  • Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
  • Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry

Exclusive means exclusive

Exclusive leads are sold to one company — never resold, never recycled, and never sold later as aged leads.

Bad-lead replacement · 7 days

Replacement credits for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, or leads outside your filters. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.

Not covered: a prospect who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.

Consent on every lead

Every lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company — available to you on request.

No long-term contract

No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work.

Your territory

Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.

What “outside your filters” covers

Your written spec defines your filters. A renter, a property type you excluded or an address outside your territory counts as outside your filters and qualifies for a credit review within 7 days.

Pricing

What residential solar leads cost in your ZIPs, quoted on the call.

Price depends on your ZIPs and how tight your filters are, so we quote it on the call. Here are three ways to start, and what moves the number.

Test batch

A first order in the ZIPs you most want to test, so you can measure contact, set and close rates before you commit more budget.

Best for

Owners trying a new lead source or a new territory

  • Exclusive, real-time residential leads
  • Your full filter spec, in writing
  • Consent record on every lead
  • 7-day replacement window
Recommended

Ongoing program

Exclusive leads on an ongoing basis in the ZIPs your crews can install, with filters and territory adjusted as your numbers come in.

Best for

Installers and dealers with setters working leads daily

  • Everything in the test batch
  • Volume capped at what your setters can work
  • Filter and ZIP changes as you learn
  • Delivery to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS

Leads + appointments

Exclusive leads for your setters plus booked appointments for closers with open calendars. Each product priced on the same call.

Best for

Teams with more closers than setters

  • Exclusive leads and booked appointments
  • One written spec for both
  • Confirmed no-shows replaced if reported within 7 days
  • Lead and appointment mix set on the call

Every lead is exclusive. Price moves with state and ZIP, utility, filter tightness (bill floor, credit band), volume and lead vs appointment. A higher credit floor means fewer leads at a higher price. Quoted on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before the first batch

Don’t see your question? Bring it to the call — we’ll walk through your territory, filters, and numbers.

Book a strategy call
Are these residential solar leads really exclusive?

Yes. Your lead isn’t sold to a second installer, recycled into another campaign or sold months later as aged inventory. One company buys it, once. That rule is written into the policies on this page, so you can hold us to it.

What counts as a bad lead, and how do credits work?

Three things earn a credit: a disconnected number, wrong contact details, or a lead outside your written spec, such as a renter, a property type you excluded or a ZIP you didn’t buy. Flag it within 7 days by replying to the lead notification or emailing us, and approved credits come off your next batch. A homeowner who won’t pick up, isn’t interested, fails your financier’s approval or doesn’t buy isn’t a bad lead under the policy.

How do you confirm the person owns the home?

Homeowner status is self-reported on the form, then checked against property records before delivery. If a lead still turns out to be a renter, it counts as outside your filters and qualifies for a credit under the replacement policy.

Can I filter for homeowners open to a lease or PPA?

Yes. Financing preference (cash, loan, lease, PPA or prepaid lease where offered) is captured on every lead, and you can include or exclude each one. Pair it with a credit-band floor set to your financier’s approval threshold. Both answers are self-reported.

Homeowners lost the 25D credit. Does that change who you target?

It changes which filters matter. Since Jan 1, 2026, homeowner-purchased solar installed in 2026 or later doesn’t qualify for the federal 25D credit (IRS). If you sell leases or PPAs, filter for homeowners open to them, set a credit floor that clears your financier, and consider battery interest. Talk to your tax advisor about specific projects.

What consent proof comes with each lead?

A timestamped consent record (certificate) travels with every lead, and its disclosure names your company. Store it on the same CRM record your setter works from, next to your call and text logs. Every number is also scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. Dialer settings, calling hours and attempt counts are on your side, so we hand you records, not a “compliant” label. Our TCPA & Consent page has our default calling-window guidance.

How are leads delivered, and which areas do you cover?

Leads are delivered in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS, with every answer and the consent record attached. Target by ZIP list, radius or county. Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.

Do I need a contract, and how should I judge the first batch?

No long-term contract. You start with a test batch and scale when the numbers work. Judge it on cost per install, not cost per lead: price ÷ (contact × set × show × close), using the calculator above. We don’t promise contact or close rates, since speed-to-lead and your setters move them most.
