For C&I EPCs and developers
Commercial solar leads, filtered to the roles you choose.
Exclusive C&I inquiries filtered by the role the prospect gives (owner, CFO, facility manager), plus property type, roof size, electric spend and timeline. Take them in real time, or as meetings booked on your calendar.
- Sold to one company
- Filtered by role
- Consent record per lead
- No long-term contract
The problem
Commercial deals take months. Don’t spend them on the wrong building.
A C&I sale runs through a site walk, a proposal, a financing review and often a landlord or board. Every week your BD team spends on a lead that was never going to sign adds to your CAC.
- 01
Tenants who can’t sign for the roof
A tenant can like the idea and still have no right to put panels on the roof. If ownership isn’t on the lead, you find out after the site walk.
- 02
The wrong person on the call
An office manager filled in the form. The owner and the CFO never heard about it. Your closer spends an hour pitching someone who can only say no.
- 03
Bills too small to pencil
A small electric bill or a cramped roof can’t support a system worth your engineering time. Those leads cost just as much to work as good ones.
- 04
Shared and recycled lists
A “commercial lead” sold to several EPCs, or pulled from an old list, puts you in a price war before the first meeting is even booked.
What you get
Commercial solar leads filtered by role. Sized to what you build.
Each lead is a business inquiry about solar, filtered against the thresholds you set and sold to one company: yours. Take it as a real-time lead, or as a meeting booked with the prospect.
Filtered by decision-maker role
Choose the roles you’ll accept: owner, CFO or controller, facilities or operations lead. The role the prospect gives is on every record.
Owner or tenant, on every record
Each inquiry records whether the prospect says the business owns or leases its building. Tenants often can’t sign for the roof, so you decide if they count.
Spend and size floors you set
Set a floor on monthly or annual electric spend and on usable roof or land area, as the prospect reports them, to screen out sites too small for your kW range.
Sold to one company
Each lead goes to one company: yours. Before delivery, it’s also duplicate-checked against the leads we’ve already sent you.
Real-time delivery
Leads arrive in your CRM, dialer, email or SMS as they come in, so your BD rep calls while the prospect still remembers asking.
Booked meetings, if you prefer
Want your closers closing, not prospecting? We confirm a time with the prospect and put the meeting on your calendar.
Filters you control
Every filter written down. You set the thresholds.
These filters screen on the prospect’s own answers, so treat them as self-reported and confirm on the first call. Tighter filters mean fewer leads at a higher price.
| Filter | What you set |
|---|---|
| Property type | Warehouse, manufacturing, retail, ag, multifamily, nonprofit or church, school. Include or exclude each. |
| Roof or land size | Approximate usable roof or ground area, as reported, to screen out sites too small for the systems you build. |
| Electric spend | A floor on monthly bill or annual electric spend. You pick the number. |
| Owns or leases | Whether they own the building or lease it. Exclude tenants, or keep them if you work landlord-approved deals. |
| Decision-maker role | Owner, CFO or controller, facilities or operations lead. Leave out roles that can’t approve the spend. |
| Project timeline | When they expect to decide. Placed-in-service timing is asked about, never promised to the prospect. |
| State and utility | The states and utility territories you serve. Availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call. |
| Financing interest | Cash, loan, PPA or lease, or C-PACE. Match it to the structures you actually offer. |

Built for long sales cycles
C&I deals have many stakeholders. Know which one you’re calling.
Commercial solar rarely closes in one meeting, and the calendar matters. As of Oct 2026, projects that didn’t begin construction by July 4, 2026 generally must be placed in service by Dec 31, 2027 to qualify for Sec. 48E. Talk to your tax advisor about specific projects.
- Role, building, electric spend and financing interest on every record
- Ownership vs lease captured up front, so you don’t design for a tenant
- Timeline asked on every inquiry, so you can work near-term deals first
- No long-term contract to carry while a deal works its way past the CFO
How it works
You set the filters. We send the inquiries that match.
- 1
Book a 15-minute call
Tell us the system sizes you build, your property types, states and utilities, and the financing you offer. We confirm territory by ZIP.
- 2
Set your filters
We write down your thresholds for spend, roof or land size, ownership, role and timeline. You see every filter before you buy.
- 3
Start with a test batch
Exclusive leads in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS, or meetings booked on your calendar. Each lead has a timestamped consent record.
- 4
Review, replace, scale
Report bad leads within 7 days for a replacement credit. Judge the batch on meetings and proposals, then scale the filters that work.
The difference
How our commercial solar leads compare to typical C&I leads.
| Criteria | Typical lead vendor | Buy Solar Leads |
|---|---|---|
| Who else gets it | Often shared, or “exclusive” until it’s resold as aged inventory | One company. Never resold, never recycled, never sold later as aged |
| Who you talk to | Whoever filled in the form, often with no role recorded | Filtered to the roles you choose: owner, CFO, facilities or ops |
| Qualification | A “qualified” label with no thresholds you can see | Written thresholds for spend, roof or land size, property type and timeline |
| What’s on the record | A consumer-style card: a first name and a city | Company, role, building, electric spend, financing interest, timeline |
| Consent | A compliance badge; the disclosure may list many partners, not you | Timestamped consent record per lead; the disclosure names your company |
| Bad leads | Return rules buried in the terms, or none at all | Credit for dead numbers, wrong details or off-filter leads reported within 7 days |
| Commitment | Long contracts or large upfront packages | No long-term contract. Each batch is its own order |
Policies
The terms, in writing. Before you buy.
Most vendors bury these in a terms page or skip them. Here’s exactly what you’re buying.
Checked before every delivery
- Phone number validated before delivery
- Duplicate-checked against leads already sent to you
- Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry
Exclusive means exclusive
Exclusive leads are sold to one company — never resold, never recycled, and never sold later as aged leads.
Bad-lead replacement · 7 days
Replacement credits for disconnected numbers, wrong contact details, or leads outside your filters. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.
Not covered: a prospect who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, doesn’t get financing approved, or doesn’t buy.
Consent on every lead
Every lead carries a timestamped consent record (certificate) whose disclosure names your company — available to you on request.
No long-term contract
No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work.
Your territory
Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.
Booked meetings: what counts
A booked meeting is a time the prospect confirmed with us. If they no-show or don’t match your filters, report it within the 7-day replacement window and we replace it.
Self-reported vs checked
Role, ownership or lease, electric spend, roof size and timeline are the prospect’s own answers. Confirm them on your first call.
Pricing
Per lead or per meeting. Quoted for your territory.
Commercial solar lead generation is priced on what you filter for, so we quote it on the call instead of posting a number that wouldn’t fit your market. Here’s how the options compare.
Test batch
A small batch of exclusive C&I solar leads in your territory, so you can judge quality before you scale your spend.
Best for
Any EPC judging C&I lead quality before scaling
- Exclusive leads in your chosen ZIPs
- Your spend and size floors, and property types
- Real-time delivery to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS
- Credits for bad leads reported within 7 days

- Timestamped consent record per lead
- Delivery to CRM, dialer, email or SMS

We reach the prospect who made the inquiry, confirm a time and put the meeting on your closer’s calendar.
Best for
Owners who’d rather close than prospect
- A time the prospect confirmed
- The full inquiry record with each meeting
- Same filters as exclusive leads
- No-shows reported within 7 days are replaced
- No long-term contract
What drives price: state and utility, your spend and size floors, property types and roles, volume, and lead vs booked meeting. Quoted on the call, with every filter written into your spec.
FAQ
Questions owners ask before the first batch
Don’t see your question? Bring it to the call — we’ll walk through your territory, filters, and numbers.
Book a strategy callAre these commercial solar leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is sold to one company, and it’s never resold, never recycled and never sold later as aged. Booked meetings follow the same rule. Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call.
Do you sell commercial solar appointments, or just leads?
Both. Exclusive leads go out in real time to your CRM, dialer, email or SMS, and your team runs the outreach. With booked meetings, we confirm a time with the prospect and put it on your calendar.
How do I know the person on the inquiry can actually sign?
The prospect gives their role on the form: owner, CFO or controller, facilities or operations lead. You choose which roles you’ll accept. Role and building ownership are self-reported, so treat them as a filter and confirm them on your first call.
What counts as a bad lead, and how do I get a credit?
A dead number, wrong contact details, or an inquiry outside your written filters, such as a property type you turned off or a role you excluded. Send the reason within 7 days, by replying to the lead notification or by email, and approved credits apply to your next batch. A prospect who stalls, goes quiet, can’t get financing or signs with another EPC isn’t covered. In a long C&I cycle, the window covers the data on the lead, not the outcome.
It’s B2B. Do consent and do-not-call still apply?
Don’t assume a business inquiry gets a pass. TCPA dialing rules turn on the number you call and how you call it, not on whether the prospect is a business. So every C&I lead carries the same timestamped consent record (certificate) as our residential leads, with a disclosure naming your company, and every number is validated and scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. Confirm your dialing method with counsel.
Does the Dec 31, 2027 placed-in-service deadline matter for my pipeline?
It can. As of Oct 2026, commercial solar projects that didn’t begin construction by July 4, 2026 generally must be placed in service by Dec 31, 2027 to qualify for Sec. 48E, and FEOC material-assistance rules apply to projects that begin construction after Dec 31, 2025. We ask every prospect about timeline and never tell them they qualify for a credit. Talk to your tax advisor about specific projects.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Your first order is a test batch sized on the call to your territory and filters. Each batch after that is its own order, so you can pause when your BD team is full and restart when it has room.
C&I deals take months. How should I judge a test batch?
Not on closed deals, because the cycle is longer than the test. Judge it on how many leads you reach, how many match your filters, and how many turn into a decision-maker meeting, a site walk or a proposal. Anything outside your filters can be reported within 7 days for a credit.
